Vertabrates digestion vs invertebrates digestionHey, I had to do a presentation about the digestive system for school and I was supposed to compare vertebrates digestion and invertebrates digestion but I cant seem to find any information that compares the two.. So far i just wrote that invertebrates digestion can be intracellular or extracellular and vertebrates digestion is only extracellular..(at least its most important digestion is extracellular, right?). Anyway, hope someone can help me out since I have to finish it by monday. Thanks.
Pick a couple of sample species and compare them. Suggestions:
Hydra, bacteria, sponge, venus fly trap, earthworm. Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; ~Niebuhr
bacteria and venus fly trap aren't invertebrates

I tend to agree. But you have to clasify them based on something... And there are some main differences between them, based on molecular development as well as morphology "As a biologist, I firmly believe that when you're dead, you're dead.
