growing berds in jarsHi every body
I had this idea that an egg shell it’s a shell right. What if I sterilized a small jar, and carefully opened the egg so it’s not damaged and placed the content inside a jar and incubated it . Would the chick grow?
I tell you what, leave developing chicks alone - go down to the supermarket and buy some eggs. Empty one into your jar and leave it for a week. Then try to cook and eat it. Hey it should work right if a shell is just a shell?

im gone have go at it. Tell you what ill keep a video links to up date you guys if it starts to grow. Any ideas on were to find eggs from? I don’t think I could use supermarket eggs they are to cold. Any ideas?
thanks
You could always go to a farm near you and buy a fertilized chicken egg from someone. The store ones are not fertilized. The farmers dont sell those to the store.
You have to administer the right temperature by the way, like how the mother chick sits on the egg all the time.
It's actually not unusual to uncover embryos for observation - it doesn't involve removing the whole shell, just the part above the embryo, but it seems like removing the shell is at least possible.
It's very difficult to remove the shell and not rupture the membrane underneath it, though.

I'm sure he was, but no its actually true - taking wild birds' eggs is illegal in many places. Certainly here in the UK...it has a specific name and everything (not that I can remember it).
