Antiserra+blood product's chemistryI have an assignment in which I have to study the chemistry of product resulted after reacting blood with antiserra A and B,
I know the chemistry of blood and can get chemistry of Antiserra but the question remain how to study the chemistry of product In Lab we are furnished with hemoanalyzer, and spectrometer any hint? to what I go and how can I study it, experimentally SomeWHERE someTHING IncreaDIBLE is GOING to HaPPEN
I know that the principle of blood is against that of antiserra, the headache is not of dealing antiserra's principle or its chemistry the headache is how to study the chemistry of resultant ( when blood reacts with antiserra and give some result )
let b=blood a=antiserra b+a=c (product/resultant) I want to study the chemistry of this 'c' SomeWHERE someTHING IncreaDIBLE is GOING to HaPPEN
Darby is correct. Actually Abu does NOT know anything about the principle as he said, if he understands, he wouldn't answer that way. Hemagglutination is not something like CO2 + H2O ---> H2CO3. It's immunological process and by understanding the principle we will get the answer

I know about that principle and theoritically I know how to study it but I was interested in using any technique or device to read it out, because ma task was to implement any logic for studying its chemistry with the help of digital circuits might b there is something wrong in the way of questioning. SomeWHERE someTHING IncreaDIBLE is GOING to HaPPEN
do you just want to study the chemistry of the antigen antibody complexes, or the cells. ooor. I say lets do a simple western blot to assay the complexes, and use flow cytometry to study the actual blood cells. Someone else can probably offer a better solution. I actually dont know what you are trying to do, so this is the best help I can give.
