Clathrin-coated vesicles could be produced in the trans ER/golgi as well as receptor-mediated endocytic vesicles at the membrane. The mannose-6-phosphate receptor is also a possible answer for either of the ones where clathrin is given. I don’t know which, if either, is correct.

Caveat: I am not a cell biologist, and what cell biology I took was more than 20 years ago.

But I also gotta believe that a quick look at a decent cell biology textbook would have given you answers--maybe even the correct ones, as my understanding of these things is certainly not current.

I believe there are 9 peripheral doublets around 2 single microtubules, if that helps.
