menopause is not an 'unknown disease'... every single woman on the planet is going to get it sometime...

but from the very limited information you are telling us - no one is going to be able to tell you very much... the best thing you can do is go back to see your doctor...

If we go under the assumption that all of the symptoms are connected, which they may not be, here are a couple of possibilities:

- an issue with the hypothalamus, which is connected to anxiety and involved in regulating female hormones (and is part of the brain, which apparently came up in the original diagnosis).

- and issue with the adrenal glands (not likely, though), which does produce hormones that have effects in the areas of the symptoms. Most of those hormones have fairly weak effects, though, and problems with the adrenal cortex would produce lots of other symptoms as well.

I'm just guessing here, and I don't know if there are actual known conditions that fit these, but if you're looking for areas to do more research, those might be good places to start.

you cannot assume that the symptoms are at all related... agoraphobia and panic attack are psychological disorders...

all you have told us is that there is one week menstrual cycles... your doctor need to do tests to see to measure hormonal levels in the blood and with this information they will be able to make a diagnosis... you won't get a diagnosis online... go and see your doctor...

The problem is that there are hundreds of possible causes of irregular bleeding...

Anovulation (failure of ovaries to produce, mature, or release eggs)
Endometrial polyps (the endometrium is the inner lining of the uterus)
Endometrial hyperplasia (thickening/build up of the uterine wall)
Endometrial cancer
Uterine fibroids
Abnormal thyroid or pituitary function
Pregnancy complications -- like miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy (when a fertilized egg implants somewhere other than the uterus)
Hormonal changes, such as menopause
Changes in birth control pills or estrogens that you take
Use of certain drugs like steroids or blood thinners (for example, warfarin or Coumadin)
Use of an intrauterine device (IUD) for birth control
Recent trauma, surgery, or other uterine procedure
Pelvic inflammatory disease or other infection
Stress, change in diet or exercise routine, recent weight loss or weight gain, travel, or illness

But for your own information... The control of oestrogen production is...

Hypothalamus (GnRH) -> Anterior pituitary (FSH/LH) -> Ovary (Oestrogen)

Oestrogen levels can decrease the levels of GnRH, FSH and LH by negative feedback...

This is why you need to measure the levels of hormone levels in the blood to come to a diagnosis...

If there is no negative feedback then this would cause increased levels of oestrogen... The fertility drug clomiphene works by this mechanism...

And I don't know what else you want me to say... I can't tell you what the problem is...
