Creatine Kinease Activity

I was wondering if anyone could help explain to me the sequence of reactions in the following coupled reaction with regards to CK activity and the addition of pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase. Also how is the removal of NADH related to the Creatine Kinase activity? Any help would be great thanks.

ATP + creatine <--(reversibly)--> ADP + creatine phosphate + H+
