Animal Name Game!

Postby AstusAleator » Fri Mar 16, 2007 4:18 am

The name game in the General Forum is no fun. Lets make a name-game focused on just Kingdom Animalia!

Rules:
guesses/questions may be stated in the form of yes/no or either/or (dichotomous).
The answer must be an extant animal, and the correct answer is in the form of genus and species.
The winner comes up with the next animal, unless they defer it to someone else.

I'll start. I'll give you one hint:
It's a marsupial (that's a HUGE hint)

Bah! Another harsh thing! You even don't need to say "no fun" because the idea of your game is different from the one I made

No offense Stein, I just wasn't very interested in leukocytes or Schwann Cells. I figure, the people that post in Zoo and Botany forums might have more fun with a more specific game :)

And no, it is not strictly on Australian mainland

Is it a land dwelling animal, as opposed to tree?

Is there such a thing as an invertebrate marsupial? No, it's not an invertebrate.
