Postby Micky T on Fri Dec 08, 2006 12:36 pm

Does anyone know of any websites to find the concentrations of plant pigments in Elodea at all? I have already seperated the pigments through chromatography, but they wern't very reliable, and it was difficult to identify the pigments

thanks that is really useful. Is there any way I could find the absorption spectrum of the pigment found, or will they be similar to other xanthophylls?
