she was at the dermatologist office for a melanoma check up, which he
had diagnosed her with two prior, and a sun senitive person should never have been on this product per attorney robert gloesser, who told her
she have to wait a year to see if she was scar. she sat in the attorney's
office with her face full of horrific sores and bandages. he looked up
in the pdr bood and said you never should have been on this product.
a year later she called and informed him and wrote letters stating she
was scarred and he never responded to letters or phone calls. while
in the waiting room her husband saw this brochure on renova that stated
it fades freckles within six months. as she had a few freckles and couldn't
go in the sun she asked dr. booth durham does it really work on fading freckles. he said yes it is the best thing ever developed and at her age
she would want to start using it because it would prevent wrinkles. she
had no wrinkles and looked ten years younger than what she was, till
using renova. he gave her a script for five tubes, no instructions, no
warninings and said see you in a year. her medical notes states in
writing next appoint one year, he didn't even put renova in his notes for
prescribing it. it states should be under strict physician care. when
the sores started in november, she called him, he didn't see her he tells
her by phone, which is in his notes, it is common to get sores in those places, keep using it and use cortaid on the sores. we found the fda
approval on this product and where it gives no serious warnings, unlike
the pdr book that none of us can get, only physicians, it stated at 300
people in a clinical test 4% dropped out due to adverse reactions, that is
12 people who dropped out of the testing, they knew there were adverse
effects of twelve people and that is not mentioned on the pamphlet. this
is a vital and detrimental falsification of information. what were the
adverse effects on these people and what was the damage done to them.
if anyone used this product and has the original book that comes with
the pamphlet, you can blow it up and you will see unusual things, such
as the glowing white spinning object on top of the one women's head,
you will see purple and yellow things being pulled up, you can see her
face is covered in a netting, and to her left you will see a huge beige
object. blow up the little black and white photos in the back of the
book and you can see that their faces and hair are covered in almost
puzzle like connecting objects. the lips and eyes are disfigured, something
we would never really concentrate on or examine at first glance. these
people don't even know what was done, if you don't have an allergic
reaction to the chemicals you wouldn't know what is being done to you.

Since there are no guidelines for nanotecnology companies to follow, these companies are not in control of their legal risks. Would it therefore be in our favor to write to the major insurance companies who underwrite these companies to let them know that we suspect that there is actually a huge amount of risk .

I assume that we would at least see some warnings going out to the public and perhaps some regard for the future generations health.
