Siberian FloraGreetings crew. I had a question regarding the role of cytokines and ester transferases in the Siberian pussywillow. I postulated that extending the amount of suberin accumulation in a high osmolarity surrounding the phloemic articles of the plant stem would cause a corresponding increase in root pressure. It seemed logical to ecologically conclude that increasing the amount of O=C=O would then cause a high shift in respiration towards expelled oxygen concentrations. Using an immunoprecipitate assay, I was subsequently able to purify Protein BAR554842-X12 from the pussywillow stem, trivially signifying a redox rxn (LEO GRR's). What would be the estimated ammonium hypoxide concentration when this protein is titrated with 66.1 mmol of hexafluoracetic acid at STP.
