Well, I dont know if they are doing it on purpose or not, but that is the conclusion I would make if I read many of these posts. My advice to newbies is to read the first 20-30 pages of this thread. Now if certain people read this My character will be attacked and made up Probably the most sensable theories I have read is the ACE pigment theory: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/quer ... t=Abstract and allergic reaction to proteins from insect bites. But whats the point in long meaningless discussions??? Just wait for the people who know what they are doing to figure it out. "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".

Linn,
Hi. It has been a while. I see you post under botany alot. The reason that people are looking into this on their own is because they have tried all that can be tried to let the powers that be figure it out!!!! All we have gotten from the powers that be are DOP and BS. Have you read any of msc's posts? Wake up. Well you asked for it, you got it.
Karen were have you been... ? love the prelude to a chemtrail idiology
you may have caught a case of the chemtrail blanken burn syndrom for msc Title: Media and methods for cultivation of microorganisms Document Type and Number: United States Patent 7115385 Abstract: The present invention provides culture media and methods for culturing organisms, preferably microorganisms, more preferably fastidious microorganisms. Also provided are methods of isolating and detecting organisms using the inventive culture media. Various gram-negative urinary tract or local skin flora may gain entrance into the body, e.g., due to insect bites, wounds, injuries and the like, causing infection in synovial fluids and joint inflammation. Moreover, Streptococcus spp. and Staphylococcus spp. are frequently linked to disease (Costeron et al., (1995) Annu. Rev. Microbiol. 49:711). Infections by some agents are facilitated by insect transmission, for example, Bartonella spp. infections transmitted by fleas, lice or ticks are introduced into cats, dogs, humans and other mammals (see, e.g., Shaw et al., (2001) Trends Parasitol. 17:74; Munana et al. (2001) Infect. Immun. 69:564; Breitschwerdt et al., (2000) Clin. Microbiol Rev. 13:428). Microorganisms may cause pathology in multiple organs or tissues in the host, not because of direct invasion or growth in the affected tissues, but rather as a result of molecular mimicry between self-antigens and microbial cell antigens, which induces immune-mediated tissue destruction. Molecular mimicry between bacterial or viral proteins and endogenous molecules has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, including insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, Gillian Barre syndrome, multiple sclerosis and autoimmune herpes stromal keratitis . SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present inventors have made the discovery that under particular culture conditions, fastidious microorganisms may be successfully cultured and isolated, even microorganisms for which no detectable growth may be achieved by conventional microbiological culturing techniques (e.g., blood agar, chocolate agar, bile salt agar, Eagle's medium, Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium, F12 medium, and the like). Indeed, the present inventors have cultured microorganisms from samples (e.g., cerebrospinal fluid) that would appear to be sterile by conventional techniques. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION As used herein, a "culture medium" has its understood meaning in the art, and may be a cell, tissue or organ culture medium. The culture medium may be used to maintain, grow and/or isolate organisms. The culture medium can be a liquid, semi-solid, or solid culture medium. The culture media of the invention may be used to grow any suitable organism, including bacteria, yeast, protozoa, and fungi. Preferably, the medium is used to culture bacteria. The medium may also be used to alter the metabolic state of the organism, e.g., to convert a microbial cell from a spore or nonculturable state to a vegetative and culturable state. The term "microorganism" as used herein has its conventional meaning in the art and includes bacteria, protozoa, yeasts, molds, and viruses. In preferred embodiments, the microorganism is a bacterium, more preferably, a Proteobacterium (including subgroups, alpha, beta, delta and gamma), still more preferably the bacterium is a member of the alpha-Proteobacteria (e.g., Bartonella, Brucella, Rasbo bacteria, Afipa, and the like), including nanobacteria. In particular preferred embodiments, the microorganism is a Bartonella including but not limited to B. vinsonii (e.g., subsp. berkhoffi), B. henselae, B. weissi, B. clarridgeiae, B. quintana, and B. elizabethae. Alternatively, in other preferred embodiments, the microorganism is Burkholdrea pickettii, Streptococcus thermophillis, a Corynebacterium, a bacterium belong to the group Firmicutes, Fusobacteria, Planctomycetales, Spirochete, or division Arachea bacteria. In particular preferred embodiments, the microorganism is a nanobacterium. Nanobacteria are reported to be small, slow-growing, mineral-forming bacteria. Nanobacteria have been characterized as spherical with diameters of about 50 500 nanometers, and will pass through a 0.2 :m filter. A particular species of nanobacteria, designated Nanobacterium sanguineum, has previously been described in U.S. Pat. No. 5,135,851 It has been estimated that 99% of microorganisms from environmental sources are in a viable but nonculturable state (Costeron et al., (1999) Science 284:1318; Costeron et al., (1995) Annu. Rev. Microbiol 49:711). While not wishing to be held to any particular theory, it is possible that culture improvements or quorum signals may need to be supplied to bring these "inert" microbial cells back to a reproductive state that allows them to reproduce in culture by producing planktonic cells (i.e., a "wandering" stage microbial cell, which is culturable) or cells of the biofilm type. In addition to supplying nutrients, the inventive culture media may provide these quorum signals. For example, in particular embodiments, the culture media of the invention contain known quorum signaling chemicals, such as acyl homoserine lactone (Bollinger et al., (2001) J. Bacteriol 183:1990; Xie et al., (2000) J. Bacteriol. 182:7067). A "quorum signal" is the result of gene expression when a particular cell density is reached. For example, bacteria sense the concentration of the quorum signaling chemical, acyl-homoserine lactone, and when a threshold level is detected, gene expression is triggered which results in expression of enzymes that facilitate culturing of the bacterial cells. As known in the art, acyl homoserine lactones have varying chain lengths; C10 to C12 length acyl group lactones are preferred. If particular species use acyl homoserine lactones of different chain lengths, then these may also be included in the inventive media. Microorganisms according to the present invention are typically mammalian and/or avian pathogens, more preferably mammalian pathogens. Alternatively, the microorganism may be a reptilian, piscine, amphibian, insect and/or plant pathogen. Preferred microorganisms are insect-borne or arachnid-borne pathogens. The term "pathogen", as used herein, refers to microorganisms that are of clinical relevance because they are believed to be associated with, correlated with, and/or indicative of a disease state or disorder. As used herein, a pathogen is "associated" with a disease state or disorder if it is believed to be a contributing or underlying factor in the development of a disease state or disorder, or it may be more prevalent in individuals with a particular disease or disorder http://www.freepatentsonline.com/7115385.html -nadas

can anyone answer for us what synthetic ligands from retinoids purposes are? how do they work? What are the purposes of the crystals it produces? what and how are the claws produced? how do chelate agents work--do the claws dig into the patients bones and teeth and remove toxic metals and how? research states they have claws and appendages? are they robotic, how do they function and know what to do? bacteriorhodopsin is used as a memory chip, doesn't that make it a computerized microroganis with a programmed brain? where are these ligands located on the patient? are they above their head, are they inside their body, or both as photos show? what happens if the patient is not informed of these structures and she can see them at night because through research they illuminate as does phosophur ponytail ligands and she is frigthened by these objects that physicians never warned her about and she tries despartely to pull them away from her eyes and face, what reactions then happens? if they used chemo therapy agents, and they are using radioactive agents and light waves that move these objects and she's pulling at them and they are getting bigger and bigger like hugh sheets of clear film covering her and as photos shows her walls and clothing etc., what is transpiring? if it is a computerized microorganism and it is programmed to survive more or less isn't. to survive it moves away from her skin to avoid being attacked. her physicians would always say keep you skin moist, never telling her why. she would put water on her face and these objects would become active and start travelng along a pathway of dots almost like, which we now know are quotom dots. some researchers say that nanno tech has not be perfected yet and is years away, but the patent on this product 4877805 used nanno particles and self assembly systems of lipids, hydrophillics (which research says is fungus) and lipophillics. the head groups what exactly is a head group and their function and the function of their tails and the micelles of rods cones and sphreres that they produce and how do they go away and how do ligands go away? can someone answer these questions. if bacteriodopsin binds to a persons dna and to their retinas, and they spin wouldn't a patient feel the spinning? under accutane warnings and many of the other chemo drugs used in this product, one is serious enough but he used numerous, state if a patients suffers blurred vision to call the physician, fullness in the ears and hearing problems, sore tongue, chapped lips, stomach pains, swelling in ankles and limbs, headaches, memory problems, fevers, chills call your physician, all side effects felt by my friend but she was never informed of these sides effects or that these chemicals were in this medication, how could she have been treated so wrongly and left to suffer and never be informed that she was be nuked was the plastic polymerization and the sol-gel used to keep the chemicals and self assembly structures inside of her skin and by her not knowing what was happening to her pulling and trying to remove them caused them to migrate onto others? did kligman create a translucent organism that carries toxic chemicals that were once nano scale and now they are macro and larger? did he create nano crystal robots and grey goo? is that why there is so much controversay about nano technology that a dangerous person would do or create something so horrible. didn't dr. staninger already state that the silicone, silican high density polyethylene and fiber optics are agents used in nano technology? isn't there someone out there looking at this web site that has any knowledge of these chemicals and agents that could shed light on this? you can remove one and another one pops up, is that what "stacking" is meant? knowledgeable help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
Re: RIDGEWALKER IS BACK........WITH A VENGEANCE !!!!
I really have no idea why you are angry you haver totally misunderstood my post and then you come here and attack. Honestly what is wrong with you? Randy During the End Times, Good will battle Evil. Where do you stand?

Re: RIDGEWALKER IS BACK........WITH A VENGEANCE !!!!I never bad mouthed Marc..ever..so again I have no idea what you are talking about.
Ya know..I can see clearly why we don't get any help. I guess I am lucky to have this only eat my arms..it appears to attack common sense in brains. Your entire post made no sense at all and had no reason behind it except that Marc riled you up since he did not uinderstand what I wrote and you came and read it with a pre-conceived notion and decided to go ballistic for no reason at all. "Hey pettie..shes talking bad about ya pettie..go get her boy, go get her..don't let her talk about us this way." That is exaclty what happened..blind leading the blind. Re: RIDGEWALKER IS BACK........WITH A VENGEANCE !!!!9. You absolutely BUTCHERED the English language on Marc's site and I am not sure if that was intentional or a lack of command of the language, but I am righting that wrong. Oh dear me, what a martyr I am, I'm doing it at no charge! What a mess you made of the English language
Here Karen: Here is what the raw material looked like. Let see you do it from this point on without using my translated version. That by crossings, some forms and characteristics of the producers are further left to the next generation, is already known well with plants and other bio organisms. As well that sometimes accurate copies can be developed again of the respective basic producers. Which could explain and confirm on one hand the multiple varieties, on the other hand in addition, a high morphologic and biological environment adaptation, by activation of different gene ranges. The fact that they can have also a certain intelligence and thus can react also independently and tactically to new problems. Which each infected one can surely confirmed. Which could refer to a kind of worm, because there are also worms with a primitive brain. In addition it comes that they can complete their reproduction and live cycle faster and survive also longer and more effectively, as e.g. a conventional scabies mite or else. In the host body probably several years. A only adulter worm can produce e.g., several 100,000 eggs and several worms?? The life expectancy of the host, is in any case decreased. Without host organism, this parasite survives probably 3-6 months (or longer), as a function of ambient temperature and humidity. In the comparison to it, there are also worms, which are able to live several years (mostly also in the host body). In the summer the risk of infection is more highly, but however, the life span of the parasite is shortened, due of drainage on air. Protection from cold weather and warmth and draining to them, offers their sometimes absurdly blown up outside covering and humidity from the respective climatic environment always collects itself in each clothes or leather couch. The actual ideal temperature to the life would be the host temperature, i.e. approx. 36 degrees Celsius. The more deeply the temperature, the more slowly carries out itself the actual life rhythm. Taken parasite moves in an ambient temperature of approx. 18 degrees Celsius not much at all, which can be also very misleading with the actual recognition, particularly with rather amorphous withdrawal samples. It seems, if they purge far away from the usual warm live ambient, that they fall into a shock-similar condition and then into a kind of winter sleep. To be however at any time again activated, by a certain ambient heat and various attraction materials, which can be supposed the host body sweat and other smells. Outside of the host body normally the life cycle can not be completed. Whereby also here, exist entitled doubts. Only if a live ambient is present in the form of food and humidity and the correct ambient temperature, whole parasite colonies can survive a certain time and put also further eggs, even in a tobacco bag, telephone receiver or within a computer mouse, which contain plentiful fat and perspirations between the palpation grooves. Which concerns the nutrition, then they are practical all eater and can nourish itself of fat, paper (cellulose) and other plant parts. Probably if they need, also stapels of cotton of our clothes. Usually they particularly prefers hairs (Keratin protein), tear liquid, shed, lymph fluids, as well the salt in the sweat, whatever confirms the settlement behavior in close proximity to welding zones. Extreme brief temperature influences, like hot sauna visits and freezing cold ambient in the refrigerator, can not kill them. A correctly not cleaned laundry always leads to a reinfection, because most parasites and eggs can survive a usual cook wash course. Brief handle treatments in baking-oven or microwave are useless. Concerning the infestations area, there is no place where they are not living. Even in the eyes and mouth range, but however very rarely in the direct genital range. Particularly the ranges, which are afflicted much with urine, are actually not infestated. But however in the adjacent areas around. Probably they do not like the ammonia smell, which results from decomposed urine. Or they have fear to be rinsed away. With the variety with the longer hair and fibers, a kind of environmental buffer was probably produced, by means of these flexible fibers and own slime, which surround the actual corpus. In the rolled together condition these fibers behave such as springs, which is particularly noticeable during a skin scrape, because these already jump out and mostly land about a centimeter nearly beside the scraped wound. If one takes then these fibers more exactly under the magnifying glass, a shining coat is noticeable, some with already completely and others yet not completely with perfection. All aspects referred rather to mite, as on a worm. However with several worms together and at the same time with this glassy slime surrounded, this causes hallucination sometimes. Which leads again and again to speculations and wrong opinions, those actually existence of these micro fibers and for which purpose they serve. Nowadays is nothing well known and comparable in the parasitology with parasites and other micro animals and therefore also not accepted. On one hand this fuzzels is defined as pure cloth fuzzels by physicians and parasitologics, on the other hand is it correct so far, but when exact investigation is made, are there are existing some deviating facts. Normal cloth fuzzels looks differently and it looks rather just smoothly. (see lower pictures, nylon + cotton fibers) Infestated fuzzels looks like into one another woven and stricken out, also with knots as well covered out with a shapeless amorphous slime. This fuzzels could also have various colors, which not always descend from current color of the host underwear.
