Hi, I just wanna ask a little bit about cardiovascular system in human body..Is it true that there's a difference when we're checking the hertbeat right in front of the heart and when we're checking the heartbeat in our legs?

Hmm..it makes me wondering because there's a test in my biology exam says that there's a differences of the pressure when it's measured in the front of the chest and at our legs......

Yes, there is a large difference in pressure, which is why nurses and doctors always take blood pressure from the upper arm. But the rate will be the same everywhere in the body.

Kyle is right. Blood presure is the presure blood exercites on the walls of your arteries. Naturally, along the blood circuit this presure is lost. The pulse is actually a shock wave produced when the blood "fired" from the heart hits the blood already in the aorta-therefor it is not lost along the circuit

you might be talking about the radial femoral pause.
Doctors use this to check if there are any blockages along the way which could help them diagnose a variety of conginital or other cardio vascular problems.
