There is no problem and i dont think you should take this to a doctor. Its perfectly normal and there may be a problem if it wasnt occuring. So its a sign that your ok. Its says on here http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/onelife/hea ... 0_qa.shtml
that its the bodys way of 'test running' the system. Check out that website, BBC One Life, for all stuff like this. Yeah. i think its the sperm. P.S. I think it would occur less if you masturbated.

Wet dreams will occur throughout your life unless you *cough* do something about it. They are the cause of semen building up in the body, which must be released. A wet dream is simply the easiest way for your body to do so without any restraint on the person's part.
Wet dreams are considered to be normal at those ages. As much as I know doctors usually advise you to do some things (I think you've understood) more regular.
PS: shouldn't I wrote something about this as I am female? Oh no, this is science. It matters not how strait the gate
