If the question is " Are there any viruses not pathogenic for human?" The answer is yes. plenty, viruses can be very specific with respect to their host.
For example bacteriophages are definitely not human pathogens. Patrick

Well, but you have to know about the definition of the virus first. The word "virus" is termed for a nanoparticle which is pathogenic to human. That's why most of the viruses are pathogen to human.
Well, at least that's what I got from my virology 101.... Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
Are there any viruses not pathogenic for humans?
Not all viruses infect humans, although most do. My book says that a virus is a DNA molecule wrapped in a coccoon of protein which transports its genes onto other organisms. So bacteriophages which infect bacteria in the human body should not be pathogenic to humans.
also, a virus can also have RNA as a genome, not only DNA. And yes, there are viruses that infect only bacteria, some that infect plants, some that infect fungi etc. some viruses are so specific that they only infect a single species...
