Is it a belign or malignant tumor? Is it actually a neuroma, or is it something else to do with nerves, like the connective tissue around the nerves?

it's a malignant tumor
it has got to do with the nervous cells themselves, not with the tissue around

Is it genetic? Does if mainly affect children? Is it a neuroendocrine tumor? Does it normally only affect a particular part of the body, or is it equally likely to be found anywhere in the body? :?:

it is usually not genetic
It mainly affects children.
It affects sometimes a part of the body, sometimes it builds metastases throughout the body.
