Viewing ProfilesThe new layout is more efficient, so I'm giving my thanks to the administrator. However, what happened to the "memberlist"? And what happened to the option of viewing another member's profile? They're either not there anymore, or that I just haven't looked hard enough.
There are 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
Below someone's post, you can click the profile button to view that person't profile. I don't know where to view the memberlist though.
members listHello,
I decided to remove the members list for one reason..spam bots. Members list can be accessed by anyone, including this horrible bots. I want the information of each user to be kept private. Regards, Admin
You mean that WASN'T all university spam? *grins*
Thanks for removing that then! Going to clean out my inbox...
posting emailsPosting your email in topics is the same thing, bots can easily find them and add them to their spamming lists. So if you are posting your email anywhere in the forum i suggest doing this: admin(at)biology-online.org
Cheers, Admin
O ok, guess that makes sense. Thanks for the changes, Admin, I've had problems with my spam folder for quite a while before the modifications.
