If you quickly remove mushrooms from your lawn will they come back?Why or why not?

I think it might have somthing to do with the mycelium,but I'm not sure.

Well, of course they will come, because you only remove the fruiting body of the fungus, while the rest of its body remain underground. In fact I don't know how to get rid of the fungus definately. Maybe by means of chemical substances.

get your lawn sprayed by concentrated nitric acid..:lol: I'm sure they'll really die this time.. :mrgreen:

I have removed mushrooms and they did not come back, because it was a dry spell afterwards. The spores are dormant in the soil until such time opportunity comes for them. :lol:

They need wet conditions.
