I am a nwe user of TF-PGA,I want to input AFLP data,but I don't know how to do it.I have raed the example of AFLP data input,the "1"repesent there is a band,and the "2" repesent there is a blank,but I can't anderstant the "0" repesent for what exsept in the last line. I need your help!thanks very much!

From what I can tell, when you use a 0 at the end line to delineate an end to your data so the program knows what is encompassed for analysis. Other than that, you use 0's to indicate missing data. Please let me know if you figured it out because I'm also having some trouble inputing my data for analysis.
