TFPGA (tools for population genetic analysis)

I want to do the analysis of my data with the TFPGA (tools for population genetic analysis) programm (Miller), but I have problems to enter the data in the correct way! I have a 0_1 matrix an in fact I have no idea how to create the input file so that i can start the analysis! Does anybody of you have an example file?

I am a nwe user of TF-PGA,I want to input AFLP data,but I don't know how to do it.I have raed the example of AFLP data input,the "1"repesent there is a band,and the "2" repesent there is a blank,but I can't anderstant the "0" repesent for what exsept in the last line. I need your help!thanks very much!
