Specimen Submission Information and Forms
State Health Departments: Review the following guidelines and use the following forms to submit specimens to CDC. Forms are available online or by calling 404-639-1510. Forms are offered in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format.
U.S. Physicians: Contact your state health department before sending specimens to CDC. For links to state health departments visit the "Information Networks and Other Information Sources" page on the main CDC website.
Non U.S. Physicans: Because of the hazard associated with handling specimens, testing is done only with prior consultation. Consultation is available 24 hours a day at 404-639- 2888. During business hours (8:00-4:30 EST) call SPB at 404-639-1115; FAX 404-639- 1118 or 404-639-1509.
Private Citizens: Individuals, other than physicians or appropriate state health department employees, may not submit specimens to CDC for testing. If you feel that diagnostic testing is necessary, consult your physician or state health department.

When in Rome people! That is why tons of people calling and mailing things does not work. Their system is broken and they will not fix it.

I am contacting this group on Monday and see if we can get the research we need.
Anyone familiar with these guys? Has anyone tried them before?
Interesting site which seems to be offering a free, established Lab blood /saliva screen "for those exposed to mold"
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Relating to Trichoderma from the above site.
"Some of these natural mycotoxins include a very strong class known as trichothecenes. Trichothecenes are also produced by several common molds including species in the genera Acremonium, Cylindrocarpon, Dendrodochium, Myrothecium, Trichoderma, and Trichothecium. The trichothecenes are potent inhibitors of DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis, and have been well studied in animal models because of concern about their potential misuse as agents of biological warfare, due to their ability to destroy human health (mentally and physically), and never appear in an autopsy."
It seems geneticaly modified Trichoderma is/has been used as a "pesticide" on a number of crops, including wheat and cotton.
I do think this Trichoderma has weight although I do not know enough about it. I do know one thing and if it is this that Eastman Kodak..I think it was, in Rochester NY produced it and it will be brought up in volumes once the Hudson is overturned.
I am going to ask that group of scientists (in the link above) about the possibility of Trichoderma, pesticides and the possibility of it causing the fibers in the other pictures I posted.
Anyone out there Patrick, perhaps that can comment on this?
It goes along my accident/ pesticides theory.

Thank you TAMTAM for the fabulous job on the video. Thank you for posting the visitors to your site on the bottom. This is quite remarkable. I find it quite shocking that nothing has been acknowledged about this horrible man-made disease by the CDC, NIH, or any other FEDERAL AGENCY for that matter. Never one to believe in conspiracy before. I feel cheated, lied to and angry. I hope someone there has a conscience. So far, I believe that no one there does. By ignoring the facts, they are taking a huge risk allowing this to continue. If all hell doesn't break loose from this now, then what????????
Thank you for all of your time, knowledge, and for all that you have done for those of us suffering.
Barz: Critique the video for me. Honest. Everyone is thanking but no one knows what for. What does it say to you? What does it tell you? I am not being a snot here. I want to know in laymans term what you think the video is telling you? If I get no answer then I know that you do not know. Pictures are pretty but what does it tell us that we did not know before..sometimes I think you people are dis-information sepcialists.
Honest Barz...in laymans terms...what does it tell you.
I have sent Tams video to all the scientists on the link above. I will tell you what they thought of it and if they think it is bogus. They have some very good credentials.
Randy, In all honesty, do you actually think that a person is going to make a fake video saying that we have some super bizarre man made virus? Tell me this, WHY??? I think that it is exactly as he states it is. You asked for my opinion, you got it. You do not have an open mind. If you had some regular disease for as long as you say, don't you think that ONE doctor would be smart enough to give you a diagnosis? Are your friends MD's? That would explain alot. Or are your friends microbiologists? do they study strands of DNA, protein, bacteria and Molds? IF so, I have a few questions for them. Why do you insist that Tams presentation could not be true. He is showing it to you. He is showing the Institutions what they have been asking for. Perhaps you are disinforming. I feel you are in denial. Just let it sink in for a few days. See how it feels. Look at those sites who have gone to his site. Do you think they are just having a good laugh? If you are right, and he is wrong, Why has not one person who suffers from this affliction had a proper diagnosis. THAT is what I want to know.
