it includes organ transplantation and making artificial organs like that of pacemaker,ventilator etc...

including engineering about biology,such as:gene engineering,enzyme engineering,fermentaton engineering,protein engineering,pathway engineering,metabolism engineering,biochemistry engineering,stem cell engineering and so on.

i think bioengineering could be understood into biotech.
