can somebody please explain to me in much more detail what the shadowing technique in electron microscopy is????PPLLLLZZZZZ

In much more detail than what?

Basically you project a heavy metal coat (absobs electron) at an angle on your (electron transparent) sample to highlight the 3D structure of the said sample.
