Is FADH2 the primary electon receptor in cellular respiration?

During cellular respiration, are hydrogens carried along with electrons to the primary electron receptor?

NADH+ is used -
10 NADH
and
2 FADH

- I think that the electrons stay on the hydrogens which are attached to either NADH or FADH... then during electron transport the electrons are stripped... after electron transport the electrons are placed back on the hydrogens.
