embryonic developmenti read my text book n it said protostome and deuterostome are eucoelomate....
but how abt acoelomate n pseudocoelomate embryo? ((i read some websites, they said acoelomate and pseudo- are protostome))<--if so, then how abt schizocoelomate and enterocoelomate? that's confusing me... help plz>.< exam is coming...
actually all the phylums of animal kingdom after those of ascaris are true ceolomates, ascaris are pseudoceolomates and porifera to platyhelminthes are aceolomates....now the ceolomates can be either of schizocoelous or enterocoelous type...all deuterostomes are enterocoelous,i.e-coelom develops in pouches from enteron(digestive tube)....and those of protostomes are schizocoelous(coelom develops by splittin of mesoderm).....actually the xplanation is very descriptive and is very big.....requires a lot of concept clearing....try referrin some good book on embryology.....
As far as I remember there are some more phyla in Acoelomata; for example Rotifera, Loricifera, Acanthocephala , Kinoryncha etc. aren't they?
