The Fiber DiseaseModerator: BioTeam
John, forgive me, I'm being a bit lazy, but did that quote actually come from the MRF webpage or did it come from the morgellonswatch.blogspot page. I should go and scour the mrf page I know but I thought that you may know off the top of your head. Helen
John the links are in this thread
and were you referring to the tests on fibers done on the four Cal Bay area woman? "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
~ George washington Carver
John, the statistics are on their way, we have only been working on the leaflet for 1 week and of course we cannot be full time. Lynne is doing statistics and maybe we need to give her some assistance. With regard to the possible theories, or "overview" each person suffering from morgellons has a different perspective and as their is no official perspective and we are all trying to work our own out then a leaflet that has come from a disparate group of people should represent their opinions. There is no official theory. Personnally I was hoping for some kind of chart to represent the statisitics, a picture paints a 1,000 words. Thanks for your input. Helen
ya know John I have previously said that, does any one read what i write? and you wonder why i get silly. "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
~ George washington Carver
It's from the MRF site. Here's how to search a site for a particular word:

ya, what grade did she teach? God bless teachers!! "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
~ George washington Carver
No, I was just talking about the tests mentioned on morgellons.org. I've not heard of the other tests you mentioned. Do you have a link to that? And this is a 125 page thread - not that I'm complaining, but how can I find the link to the statistics? I know there are limited resources - but any statistics need to be made public, so you can show them to people. - John
I appreciate that, and I know the leaflet is the result of much work. But do you see what I'm saying - Doctors are narrow minded, you can't just blow their minds open by splashing seven wildly different new to science theories on them. It's not going to help - and in fact is much more likely to have them think you are a bit off your trolley. - John
Lynne, don't know what grades relate to in the uk. In fact even in the uk it takes me all my time to work out what relates to the system they had in place when I was at school. I just remember that you did your "o"s at the end of 5th year.
Helen
Thanks, I suppose now they know which ball park to be in then they can pin it down and make a more specific label. How long should that take? Helen
The problem is, if it's cellulose, you probably can't track down much more than that. Cellulose is a simple organic molecule that is in many things. - John
Thanks. I think that we need to discuss it amongst the group that are responsible, namely Skytroll and Lynne and myself. Certainly I agree with you about the statistics so maybe we should give Lynne a hand to hurry her task along and put a nice little graphic in. Also, when the website is up - next few days or so - it will make it easier because there will be room for everything that we want to say. Helen
