Human power?

In humans there any relations between mass & power of the competitors?
I think the power....can we measure it?
In which quantity ? In which direction? In which form?

What do you mean by human power... Strenght? Or ability to do different things?

Which kind of power we can measure?
can we compare power by comparing the physique only.
Are laws of nature also applicable here such as big size,roaring sound?

I am not sure what you mean??
but I have seen very small people with a lot of power.

let me add
