Does anyone know any good methods of studying proteins interactions and activities in vivo through experimental procedures aside from bradford assay and SDS-PAGE? Thanks in advance!

FRET/FLIM, affinity chromatography, immunoprecipitation, yeast two-hybrid system, phage display, SPR, X-Ray crystallography and so on ....
