How long does a root and grass plant survive ?

Or is the answer as long as it`s healthy !

I think it depends on the plant.. I don't know if you can average it up...

yes depends as mrmistery said.
If it is native it can be indefinite
some perennial grass
like little bluestem can live
many years
this would be a good research project.
R U interested in grass?
