seed production over vegetative productionhey does anyone know WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF SEED PRODUCTION OVER VEGETATIVE PRODUCTION?
thanks......thanks
I am not sure what you mean.
Do you mean in you propagating of plants? Or do you mean what is more advantageous for the plant? Seed production takes a lot of energy from the plant. If you want to propagate hybrids for example, depending on what they are, sometimes better to take cuttings, very often they do not come "true" from seed The question is too broad if you can be more specific. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
