what is 16S rDNA

is it true that 16S r RNA is the same in plants, bacteria and human beings.

No, and a first reason is that humans and plants don't have 16s, they have 18s

I ready explained this a few posts ago, 16S rRNA is found in prokaryotes (bacteria) and eukaryotes have 18S rRNA (plants, animals and protists).
