Sucrose Gradient Loading

I want to load the sucrose gradient 1 ml each level from 10%~35% in the tube. But I found that when I load the gradient, it is very easy to disturb each the gradient level. I tried to use 1000 and 200 pipet but it is still unsatisfied. Does anyone know how to improve that? Thanks.
