Re: blood lost with realtion with blood lost?????
Blood loss decreases blood pressure, and urine formation is (partially) regulated by blood pressure. The urine formation decreases with the pressure. The logic behind it is that urine formation decrease the volume of blood (remove some water from the total circulating volume), and a too low blood pressure can be dangerous, hence the feedback between this 2 parameters HTH Patrick
The formation of primary urin is based on the laws of pressure diffusion, that is higher in the blood arteries than in the nefron. Therefore, if blood presure decreases urine formation slows down or stops
