Flowering plantsIs true that the ovules contain the microspore mother cell?, and the male gametophyte generation will form the generative and tube nuclei?
i think the secon' one is false what do u think??? Regarding plants: 1) the sporophyte undergoes mitosis to form haploid spores 2) reproduction of a flowering plant involves a megaspore and a microspore 3) megaspores are produced within ovules and becomes eggs 4) some plants dependon insects and birds for pollination 5) double fertilization refers to the production of a diploid zygote and a triploid endosperm nucleus I'm positive 2,3,4, are true not sure about 1 and 5 i dont think sporophyte undergoes mitosis, and in number five i dont think double fertilization after the diploid zygote is a triploidendosperm HHHEEELLLLPPPP
