Why can oligonucleotides be a limiting component of the PCR(polymerase chain reaction) reaction. Considering this what other component of the PCR reaction could also be considered rate limiting?

imagine when you don't have enough dNTPs other limiting components can be: Taq-polymerase/cofactor for polymerase / primers (forming dimers and thus inactivation)
