Hi everybody,

I have a strain of E. coli, which has some interesting characteristics when using it as a whole cell.
Now I want it to be commercialized. You know, whenever people has this strain, they can easily keep it and grow with a great amount => Since then, I cannot sell this strain for more.
So, how can I alter my strain so that people can only use it on F1 generation, not F2, F3, ...Fn ???
I want to search some articles about it, but there's no any ideas in my mind about the key words.
Please help !!!
