Randy,

Please look at this when you have time.

It's about erythropoietin delivery in mice by genically modified SKIN
FIBROBLAST

http://links.jstor.org/sici?sici=0027-8 ... size=LARGE

I've heard it all, tonight for the second time a pfizor MONKEY VIRUS CAME UP then a BOVINE LEUKEMIA VIRUS DID AS WELL.

I CAN NOT TELL YOU WHERE BUT I READ WE WERE CLONED WITH HUMAN CARCOGENIC LUNG CELL; CARCOGENIC KIDNEY CELL (HUMAN)
A FISH, MONKEY, BOVINE, PLATOPUS(sp?) AND CYANOBACTERIA, A BIRD( DUCK ACTUALLY) AND A FROG. LORD KNOWS WHAT ELSE. IT'S FREAKY.
OH YES; ABOUT THE BIRD....such as Clamator cuckoos, Vidua finches, and Molothrus ater cowbirds, seem to tolerate the presence of other nestlings. wEIRD? I THINK SO!

And upon studying the scaffolding, I came upon these words:

Evolution of Key Cell Signaling and Adhesion Protein Families Predates Animal Origins

The evolution of animals from a unicellular ancestor involved many innovations. Choanoflagellates, unicellular and colonial protozoa closely related to Metazoa, provide a potential window into early animal evolution. We have found that choanoflagellates express representatives of a surprising number of cell signaling and adhesion protein families that have not previously been isolated from nonmetazoans, including cadherins, C-type lectins, several tyrosine kinases, and tyrosine kinase signaling pathway components. Choanoflagellates have a complex and dynamic tyrosine phosphoprotein profile, and cell proliferation is selectively affected by tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The expression in choanoflagellates of proteins involved in cell interactions in Metazoa demonstrates that these proteins evolved before the origin of animals and were later co-opted for development.

THANK YOU,

and if that was not enough.......Now I hear this:

RNA SPLICING........

http://www.pnas.org/cgi/content/abstrac ... lcode=pnas

But this one just simply has to be the best:

The origin and evolution of human pathogens.

What are the genetic origins of human pathogens? An international group of scientists discussed this topic at a workshop that took place in late October 2004 in Baeza (Spain). Focusing primarily on bacterial pathogens, they examined the role that pathogenicity islands and bacteriophages play on determining the virulence properties that distinguish closely related members of a given species, such as host range and tissue specificity. They also discussed an instance in which closely related bacterial species differ in the production of a cell surface modification mediating resistance to an antibiotic as a result of the disparate regulation of homologous genes. In certain pathogens, genes normally carrying out housekeeping functions may adopt new functions, whereas in other organisms, genes that respond to stresses associated with non-host environments are silenced during infection to prevent the expression of products that interfere with the normal colonization process. The adaptive behaviour of certain pathogens relies on gene variation at certain loci that by virtue of containing polymeric repeats in regulatory or coding regions, can generate variants that may or may not express products that modify the cell surface of the organism. The meeting also addressed the properties of ORFan genes, which have no homologues in the sequence databases, as well as the creation of genes de novo by duplication and divergence.

Friends,

How would you like to be in my next movie? I know you've probably heard I'm making a
documentary about the health care industry (but the HMOs don't know this, so don't tell
them -- they think I'm making a romantic comedy).

If you've followed my work over the years, you know that I keep a pretty low profile while
I'm making my movies. I don't give interviews, I don't go on TV and I don't defrost my
refrigerator. I do keep my website updated on a daily basis (there's been something like
4,000,000 visitors just this week alone) and the rest of the time I'm... well, I can't tell
you what I'm doing, but you can pretty much guess. It gets harder and harder sneaking into
corporate headquarters, but I've found that just dying my hair black and wearing a skort
really helps.

Back to my invitation to be in my movie. Have you ever found yourself getting ready to file
for bankruptcy because you can't pay your kid's hospital bill, and then you say to yourself,
"Boy, I sure would like to be in Michael Moore's health care movie!"?

Or, after being turned down for the third time by your HMO for an operation they should be
paying for, do you ever think to yourself, "Now THIS travesty should be in that 'Sicko'
movie!"?

Or maybe you've just been told that your father is going to have to just, well, die because
he can't afford the drugs he needs to get better -- and it's then that you say, "Damn, what
did I do with Michael Moore's home number?!"

OK, here's your chance. As you can imagine, we've got the goods on these crooks. All we need
now is to put a few of you in the movie and let the world see what the greatest country ever
in the history of the universe does to its own people, simply because they have the
misfortune of getting sick. Because getting sick, unless you are rich, is a crime -- a crime
for which you must pay, sometimes with your own life.

About four hundred years from now, historians will look back at us like we were some sort of
barbarians, but for now we're just the laughing stock of the Western world.

So, if you'd like me to know what you've been through with your insurance company, or what
it's been like to have no insurance at all, or how the hospitals and doctors wouldn't treat
you (or if they did, how they sent you into poverty trying to pay their crazy bills) ...if
you have been abused in any way by this sick, greedy, grubby system and it has caused you or
your loved ones great sorrow and pain, let me know.

Send me a short, factual account of what has happened to you -- and what IS happening to you
right now if you have been unable to get the health care you need. Send it to
michael@michaelmoore.com. I will read every single one of them (even if I can't respond to
or help everyone, I will be able to bring to light a few of your stories).

Thank you in advance for sharing them with me and trusting me to try and do something about
a very corrupt system that simply has to go.

Oh, and if you happen to work for an HMO or a pharmaceutical company or a profit-making
hospital and you have simply seen too much abuse of your fellow human beings and can't take
it any longer -- and you would like the truth to be told -- please write me at
michael@michaelmoore.com. I will protect your privacy and I will tell the world what you are
unable to tell. I am looking for a few heroes with a conscience. I know you are out there.

Thank you, all of you, for your help and your continued support through the years. I promise
you that with "Sicko" we will do our best to give you not only a great movie, but a chance
to bring down this evil empire, once and for all.

In the meantime, stay well. I hear fruits and vegetables help.

Yours,
Michael Moore

If we write to him - asking him to consider looking into this disease for inclusion in his movie, maybe he will, it might help...

i apologize for jumping in like this, but THIS IS NOT RANDY, just a TS friend in NOVA who's been watching this painful deception being carried out by TamTam at the expense of all you desperately ill people. This "genius" you all praise is a 20-year-old LT devotee with dreadlocks and 'roller" eyes whose syntax is so silly that those of us in the compartment community have to laugh at the effort to appear mysterious and erudite...no, it's replete with inversions that don't exist in any language, but is common to both role-play games and the subset of modern literature striving to be arcane. If Tam--DANIEL--were in fact your friend and champion, he would have articulated his information in an accessible and far less precious fashion...Now this caution is addressed to you, Tam-Daniel-C3 and those others posting under alternate noms de guerre but whose writing, insofar as it evidences the same stylistic artifice and jejeune contrivances, indicates WORKING IN CONCERT--here's your warning little boy: Neuk niet met me. The FEDORA IS POISED TO TURN TO INQUISITORS CAP BY THOSE BETTER EQUIPPED TO WIN THIS GAME, nota bene, you second-rate DM. I, for one, am not fooled. Les jeux sont faits. Be careful who you entice into your sandbox, Pied Piper. Amid those who follow out of desperation lurks a viper, pret a t'attraper. Je moet mij niet dissen.

Maggie,

Wow, Thank you....... but it's not just Lucent and Bell.....

it's some of the same ones that I have been blaming for a while now:

Symposium Sponsors include: Perfect Order, Symantec, Dell, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, SBC, Nextel, Cingular Wireless, Lucent Technologies, Nokia, Apple, SOPHOS, Akamai, Unplug USA, E-Copy/BMI, Vigilar and the Office of Information Technology at OU …among others!

I love it. People thought I was nuts when I posted about cellular technology being involved.....hehehe :)

London,
That smart ass comment may have been from me...but please believe me it would have not been intended to be that was...I've said before my son is sick and I'm so in a rush. If it was me or not and if I happened to offend you if it was me I'm very sorry. I'm not trying to make enemies...I am just trying to swift through and get to the bottom line.

Skytroll,
Yes, that is a fluke...that didn't come from me and that is not any type of microfilaria worm. That is the mother "Redia" producing daughter "Redia" I guess I have found where I need to be and most likely will not be returning to Mogellons. I find it hard to do both...not anything wrong over there but I'm not getting any one over there to engage me with these questions regarding these flukes and I feel I know these are the problems.

I don't intend to go back over any ones post, not Tam Tam or any one else. Only because at this point I am not interested in what they have to say. I've heard that he has suggested Itraconazole...and I know that will not solve our problem. Until I can rule out this Sheep Liver Fluke or any one of it's brothers or sisters will I continue to search again. I feel I have found my disease...once again...I don't mean to come across brash...I'm tired of this disease and all the want to be super hero's protecting it! This is why I so desperately want any and all opinion on the photo I posted...that is my fiber...the black specks in that fiber are called "Sporocycts"...when I see empty vacant fibers that is just the "Sporocycts" that have been disseminated...or...that babies have been set free to create even more havoc in and on my body. That is proof...that fiber, our fibers, that these fluke that are not suppose to be reproducing in our bodies...that they are. This is how I feel it is so conceivable that it is being constantly missed by out medical professionals.

If I've offended anyone, my deepest apologies...that is far from my intentions, God as my witness.

London...I agree...nothing else looks like the fluke. This disease has been torture on my body. I've had all the same issues as many with this disease...fibers...horrible skin lesions, arthritis, loosing teeth...tons. I promise you...this fluke is flat, transparent and has a mucous coat similiar to slime!? The subcutaneous skin tissue is an ectopic site of infection. Think about a flat, transparent, mucous worm under your skin...sound familiar. If you looked right at it you'd not have a clue of what it was. I will go in to detail...but if you look up this parasite...look for Trematode infections you will see, we can be very close!

Linn...please, help me out here...
it is so hard for me to be bouncing around and I'm noticing that so many find it easy...I envy them...it's too hard for me to do. Is there one place where people are gathering to get seriously down to business and put a name to this organism? This is one organism creating all the havoc. London, not to take away from what you are saying, I've heard and know very little about the nano and the other stuff that is suppose to be manufactured. What I do know that my disease has many morphs...I'd like to find a place to fit into where people, like myself afflicted with this disease just want to know the name of the organism that has destroyed my life for so many years and is now trying to claim the life of my dear daughter dog, and making my son very ill. I agree with many of the theories out there about chemtrails, nano fibers...but I do feel at this point, first things first...get well, stop this disease, them move on to the contributor of it!
