Does anybody know what the fastest growing plant known to science is? (i need this for my science class)

Hello! The fastest growing plant that I know of is Bamboo (real bamboo as in china or tropical areas, not the stuff sold in stores at Target). It can grow, I believe like 3-5 feet a day or something...that is just off the top of my head though, just to give you a general idea. I hope this helped
