I'm asking this because I want to see what fruit/vegetable contain most nutritions so that I can buy I do take a multivitamin pill and fishoil pill everyday. Is that enough?
If you have a balanced diet yes. Well, don't know a web site, but if you eat bananas, apples, grapes and oranges often and have a balanced diet on top it should be enough

Guava = Psidium guajava (Fam: Myrtaceae) ![]() ![]()
Doesn't all fruits contain antioxidants...?
So I guess it doesn't matter what kind of fruit you eat if you want anitoxidants?
Of course all fruits contain antioxidants, but some have more and some have less. Apples contain a special kind of antioxidant called bioflavonoids quercetina that is more effective that vitamin C in some cases. Red apples have more of them than green apples
