AN EXPERIMENT WITH MUSHROOM

V HAVE DONE AN EXPERIMENT WITH MUSHROOMS.V TOOK THE EXTRACT OF OYSTER AND BUTTON MUSHROOM AND ADDED IT IN A ANTIBIOTIC SWAB LB MEDIA PLATE. BUT IT DIDNT SHOWED ANY RESISTANCE.INSTEAD GROWTH WAS SEEN.V TRIED WITH VARIOUS ANTIBIOTICS.WHY IS IT SO AS IT IS SAID THAT MUSHROOM HAS THAT ACTIVITY.CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST ANY SOLUTIONS???

I think it would be important to distinguish what antibiotic was in the lb agar.
I know that early antibiotics (penicillin) disrupted the cell membranes, causing bacteria to hemmorage. Maybe you're using an antibiotic that specifically targets bacteria cell membranes, which would not effect fungal cell membranes which are made out of chitin.

Officially it is not all caps, only the first character of each word actually. Please refers to international scientific articles e.g. journals or scientific magazines or even textbooks. Your report maybe all in caps, if it does I won't read it. Moreover, it contains more than twenty words... naaah, goodbye!
