BIGBOB:"Breathe In Goodness, Breathe Out Badness"
I want to know how does it work???
What's BIGBOB actually???

This is a technique that involves many breathing exersises. It is called "Pranayam" in Sanskrit { pran=breath ayam=control}.
These techniques are found effective against hypertension, hypotension, kidney disorder, disorder of digestive tract , leukoderma and quite every thing. The statistical data collected by an Indian institue shows that hypertense or hypotense [hihi :D ] followers of this technique now don't need to take B.P. controlling medicines. The patients that had thyroid malfunction got cured and those who were recomended dialysis now don't need to undergo dialysis anymore!!! Mental disorders are also cured , haemoglobin becomes normal.And wt. becomes normal [ this is most experienced effect]. Improved immunity.Improvement in eyesight [you don't need to wear lenses] and sensensitivity of ear [to sound].
Arthritics , diabetics , bald people are immensely benefited.This is what the magazine by that insstitution says.

I'm curious about how does this technique might be working?
this- as it a breathing tech. i think it might be improving the oxygen suplly to tissues so it leads to better physiology. But all the exersises are not the same and their area of effectiveness is also not entirely the same. I want to lnow physiology behind each step we do.
Please help me.

Where? I didn't get it.

U mean it should not be breathe in Godness???

I'm explaining some of the exersises-
All these exersises are expected to be done early in the morning [ ideally at 5am] without eating any thing and with positive thoughts in our mind.One should sit in a manner his vertebral column is straight, eyes closed and do all the steps with an ease.
The timing chosen is the same for good brain waves...right???
We shoul do all these without eating anything bec. eating leads to consumption of blood oxygen for digestion , its better if we let it be used for other functions- that of glands, nerves, kidneysetc.
This focussing may improve the quality and rate of their functioning.

How to breath: the basic lesson- when you sit in the above manner you have to inhale a deep big breath , you are doing it correctly if you chest is going up and ahead. Note you abdomen should go inside while you inhale.
Exhaling returns ur chest to normal position or slightly lowers it.


1.
NAME: Bhastrika
PROCEDURE: Take a deep and big breath in and then breath out . U've to maintain the rate of inhaling and exhaling uniform.
DURATION: generally 5min. [for normal people, 15min. for patients]

2.
NAME: Kapalbhatee
PROCEDURE: breath in and then breath out vigorously in a manner ur abdomen goes inside.
DURATION: generally 5min. [for normal people, 15min. for patients]
This is very effective and important Pranayam.

3.
NAME: Anulom-vilom
PROCEDURE: close ur right nostril with ur thumb and brath in with ur lft nostril then close ur left nostril ur 3rd and 4rth fingers and exhale with ur right nostril. Now inhale with ur right nostril and exhale with ur left one in simialr way. This is one complete cycle.
DURATION: generally 5min. [for normal people, 15min. for patients]

I want to lnow physiology behind each step we do.

There are many more things expected to follow , so this forms a new lifestyle itself.
