Not always, I may be lucky but if you do it on time and in sterile conditions, you don't have anything on your face. At least, I don't. PS: Keep in mind that mine is not a fully scientific method. It matters not how strait the gate

Lol... I sqeeze them too sometimes, and rub a little alcohol on it afterwards.

yes, if you can't control yourself to squeeze them -like I used to do- wash your hands, wash your face, have some alcohol on a piece cotton, rub it, then squeeze (Try to squeeze gently) and then again rub. Fully sterile.
But should only be used when you REALLY can not control yourself. It matters not how strait the gate

so, pimples can come on oily skin.
they can also come on dry skin. so, if ur skin is dry and oily , u have chances of gettin' pimples
It is when skin pores are blocked by dust or dead cells so sweat that contains excretes and oil secretes from sebaceous glands cannot easily get out of skin. Water can be reabsorbed or diffused but solid material as salt, fat will stay there as an acne. It can be worsen by the attendance of microorganism, it is when we touch and squeze it or lazy to clean our skin e.g. facial and taken a bath. This laziness is not my problem I think, I wash my face regularly

are freckles formed due to hormonal changes in the body (that is during puberty)?
or are freckles totally different from pimples and acne?
actully i don't think there is a connection between them exept both are on the skin. I know people who got freckles at 40-50
