electrophoresisguys,
I need to know three similarities and differencies between Electrophoresis and Paper chromatography.(i know both are used to seperate molecules.)i looked on the internet but couldn't find anything.[/b][/color]THANKS GUYS......THANKS. please help ......
differences:
1) paperchromatogrpahy uses the capillary force of water to flow and electrophoresis uses a potentialdifference and thus a voltage. 2) electroforesis recuires a net charge, while paperchromatography does not. 3) paperchromatography takes less long then electrophoresis, but electrophoresis has the best separation. similarities: 1) both a separation on the basis of molecular size
really cool SD.... does any one know any more of them becuase i already know couple of them?
thanks...thanks
paper chromatography is cheaper:)
