Chromosomes- an excess or deficit?

Hi all,
We all resemble our parents because of the X and Y chromosomes in our bodies or something like that...
But what will happen if there is an excess of chromosomes?
What if there is a deficit?:?

Excess of sexual chromosomes:

- Klinefelter's syndrome (44 autosomes + XXY): It affects to men, producing hypogonadism (poor gonads development). In the majority of the cases, this causes infertility. Also, this syndrome produces a taller-than-average height and feminine physical characters (appearance).
- Duplo-Y syndrome (44 autosomes + XYY): It produces a taller-than-average height, childlike personality, low intelligence quotient and tendency to aggressiveness and to antisocial behaviour.
- Triple-X syndrome (44 autosomes + XXX): It produces childlike personality and poor mammary and gonad development.

Deficit of sexual chromosomes:

- Turner syndrome (44 autosomes + X): It produces masculine physical characteristics (appearance), poor ovaries development and enanism.

Do you need information about sexual chromosomic alterations (the text that I've written) or do you need information about autosomic numerical alterations (for example, that sdekivit has written)?
