Is there any available online program or server to predict the glycosylation sites for prokaryote? Those that i have found are for eukaryotes thanks a lot

prokaryotes do not have glycosylations. Maybe that's why

Well, since you are trying to concentrate on bioprocess engineering, I think it would be better if you refer sites that are mentioned by winter. Geneng news seems to be one of the best in this regard and so are Bioexchange. Biofriend is also a similar helpful forum which will prove beneficial in discussing topics related as such and they are pretty much upto date and often covers most of the topics that are being mentioned in the world of biotechnology and bioprocess engineering.
