Prediction of gene expression in humans by DNA sequence

Hi all,

I have a gene sequence and I know it has an ORF, but I don't know whether it will be expressed in humans.

Can anyone suggest a simple method for identifying whether the gene will be expressed in humans?

Found it. The presence of a promoter and promoter proximal elements and the open reading frame in the sequence are good indicators that the gene will be expressed in humans.
