How can we make the bio-points worth something? They don't really worth anything now...
This forum is so cool

If you can afford to turn it on. You better not pay the elctricity bill, as a microscopist friend of mine put it once "I spend 1000 euros every time I turn on one of the microscopes in the morning"....

Oh! Well, I want to have it and turn it on but let someones else to pay the bill ahahahahahaa
About bio point, I wonder how they count it to get some points. I mean what is the criteria? For example: When I post an explanation about certain topic, and my writing is very biological, I earn some points that is less than when I wrote an offtopic post that is very nonbiological, something like kidding around or even just say hello and welcome... hmm...
I am sorry my term might not properly here

I asked Tyson (admin) for the formula to calculate and the use of the Bio-points, and I stil haven't had any answers...
For the calculation 2 things are obvious: it depends on the length of the post, and you don't get any for posts in the Off-topic sections. And the mods can change your cash at will, so beware

the criteria is probably the length. But don't write useless things to get bio-points, remember we can edit your posts. Just kidding of course...

Also, you get more points for starting a new topic than for replying to one from what i've noticed...
