Lactase InhibitorsOkay, this is a complete shout out to anyone who has ever done biology or is doing biology!!!! You guys are my last(?) hope!!!!LOL!!
For my AS coursework i have to do an experimant into the inhibition of the enzyme lactase using copper sulphate, and testing with glucose testing strips. I spent AGES doing it today and got no results - only the control worked!!!!! SO, does anyone know what the results should look like for 'time taken to show traces of glucose/mins' for 0.02g, 0.04g, 0.06g, 0.08g and 0.1g of copper sulphate???!!!!!! I would REALLY appreciate any help anyone could give me on this!! I'm gunna try the experiment again tomorrow, but if it doesnt work again i dunno what i'm gunna do!!! (i'm in the process of posting this cry for help all over the internet!)... PLEASE HELP!!!!! TTFN, love and huge hugs, Betty xox
Is this for a class?... If yes, then just ask the teacher...?
No amount of experimentation can ever prove me right; a single experiment can prove me wrong.
