Do you mean "do cancer cells become senescent?" If that, no.

I read a story that a guy ate racid months old foods and meat and his cancer instantly went into remission. I do not advise this though. I guess the theory is that cancer are super cells and the ingestion of rancid foods force these cells to attack the toxins.

But usually, chemotherapy also reduces the immune system because of the chemotherapy agent is a immunosupressant. the fact is, you free from cancer (actually not free, just being away) but get surrounded from other dissease..
