Embryo of dicot seed

Postby Navin on Fri Oct 28, 2005 11:33 am

I know that the embryo of a seed includes the plumule and radicle. However does it also include the cotyledons?

Based on that, how would i answer this question:

Which parts which form the embryo of the seed develop into a new plant?

Are the cotyledons included in this case?
