Specialized cell project

I have a project for my Biology class where we have to make a cell out of anything we can find, but it has to be one of the following: stem cell, bone cell, renal cell, nerve cell, white blood cell, cancer cell, egg/sperm cell, pancreatic cell, muscle cell, heart cell, leaf cell, and root cell.

I have two questions:

1) Which ones would be the best, and I don't mean easiest, but best, to make my project for?

2) Where the heck can I find illustations where I can clearly identify the organelles?!? I've been searching on Google for an hour and I can find any illustrations. I don't want photos or anything like that, but drawing where you can claerly see all of the organelles...
